We will attend at the home a second time to re-inspect deficient items listed on the inspection report after they are corrected by the seller free of charge. This is done to ensure any repairs or replacement of deficient items is done correctly. We will then adjust the report to reflect the new condition of these items to certify they have been repaired or replaced appropriately. *This is limited to 5 items on the report (most re-inspections are within this scope).

You don't have to wait days to receive your report - we will provide the main inspection report within 24 hours. Lab results or specialists' reports might take a bit longer.

Thermal cameras are used to detect excess moisture and HVAC and appliances efficiency levels. You will receive photographic evidence in your inspection report showing any deficiencies we detect explained by our thermal cameras. Also included in a full home inspection.
